THE TURNING POINT
A few years ago, life looked very different. After a long career as an RN and then in Aged Care Management, I found myself stepping away from work after a knee replacement, unsure of what was next.
Everything had shifted.
What I did know was this- I didn't want to return to a life that felt restrictive or draining.
I wanted freedom.
Freedom of time, energy and choice.
WHAT TRULY CHANGED EVERYTHING
I had explored personal development before- but it never really landed.
This time was different.
Through the business I stepped into, I found myself surrounded by positive, growth-focused people who were truly living what they were teaching.
I immersed myself in the content, the courses, the events and most importantly the daily practices.
That's when everything changed. I began living by what I now call the 4Gs:
Gratitude -appreciating life daily
Grounding-connecting with nature, breathing, and presence
Generosity-giving kindness, encouragement and energy to others
Good stuff -filling my mind with positivity, growth and intention
I let go of what no longer served me and started choosing differently each day.
